i tried something a little different!
i am pretty comfortable with a paint brush =D after 200 posts i ought to be, huh? i am a little less comfortable with staining wood. but a while ago i had someone request a piece that was stained on top and cream on the bottom…i had nothing like that and decided that when the right thing came along i’d give it a try. luckily my husband was around to help with the sanding – it took quite a bit of time and elbow grease and he was wonderful!! i’m happy with the results – the top looks super!! and i have included before and after pictures so you can see the transformation! it’s now a one of a kind rethunk piece…and available for you to take home for $72.00
