sofa table!!

for some reason, these seem to be really difficult for me to find in any kind of affordable range…so i was thrilled to score this one…not only did i find a sofa table… i found a COOL sofa table. i love the curvy shelf on the bottom…the petite size, the spindley legs…what’s NOT to love? this ended up cream, distressed and antiqued, with an espresso top. then…i’m not sure what took over…possibly my disgust with the rain? my irritation with the less than ideal temperatures?? my longing for a spring day, sunshine, and going barefoot??? so there is now a tiny little scalloped edging in a classy green color, right around the edge. made me feel like it was a springy-er piece and gave it a unique finished happy look.(and yes, furniture can look happy!!) this piece would work as a sofa table or as a table in an entryway or as a small sideboard in a dining room or as a little vanity table with a mirror over it in a guest room…the possibilities are just endless, huh?
