he’s lonely…

this dresser is lonely…and sad…and confused…
he has been here since december, has stood tall and proud, has done his part…and has watched all of his friends leave, while he has stayed here. he has watched new friends come and leave before he can even get to know them. he has compared himself to those around him (don’t we all do that?) and found that he really can hold his own. he is cream and distressed and antiqued…just like the popular crowd…he has cool black hardware…just like the popular crowd…and he even has some special curves that not everyone has. he is solid wood and built well…and he is priced exceptionally reasonably…i find i am having a hard time explaning things to him. so…
