Frequently Asked Questions
1. Q. What are your hours?
A. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:00am-6:00pm. If you absolutely cannot make it over on these days or during these hours, you can email me at rethunkjunk@yahoo.com to see about setting up an appointment.
2. Q. Will you hold a piece for me?
A. I will hold a piece for 48 hours. If I have not heard from you in that time, I will repost the item for sale.
3. Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. Cash always works for me – ha ha – I also accept Paypal, personal checks,Visa, American Express, Discover….almost any legal form of payment is good with me – ha!
4. Q. Do you take special orders?
A. Yep – I sure do! I would love to rework a piece you already have. Send me a picture and a brief description of what you’d like to have done and I’d be happy to give you a free price quote.
5. Q. How long do special orders take?
A. Obviously it depends on how busy I am and how big your specific project is, but I try to fill orders within two weeks.
6. Q. I am interested in one of your pieces but I have a question about it, what is the best way to contact you?
